Godfather
Ingredients:
5 cl Chivas Regal 12 Years Old
2.5 cl Marie Brizard Amaretto
Garnish with Orange Twist
Steps:
Fill a mixing glass 2/3 full of ice.
Pour in the Chivas Regal and Marie Brizard Amaretto.
Stir the mixture until well-chilled.
Strain the chilled mixture into a rock glass filled with fresh ice.
GinDie
Ingredients:
Ice
4cl Gin Sothis
16 cl Clairette De Die
Slice of orange
Steps:
Fill a mixing glass 2/3 full of ice.
Add Gin Sothis and Clairette De Die to the mixing glass.
Stir until well-chilled.
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a slice of orange.
