The order process is as follows:

• Add products to your cart
• In the check out process, you can modify the quantities for each selected product
• You will receive your order confirmation by email with a unique order no (eg: 1001SHD)
• Pay the exact amount appearing on your order by choosing between two payment methods: By Credit Card or By Juice by MCB
• If you are paying by Juice by MCB: (1) Search for Scott Home Delivery under merchants ( mobile no 58595088). (2) Write your unique order number in the payment reference field (3) validate your transaction
• You will receive automatic notifications at each step of your order - from ordering to delivery
• If payment is not received, your order will not be processed

• A delivery/shipping fee of Rs 250 will apply if your purchase value is less than Rs 2,500
• No shipping/delivery fee if your purchase value is Rs 2500 & above or if you choose the click and collect option
• We try our best to deliver within 24 hours of receiving your payment (No deliveries on Sundays)
• If we cannot fulfil your paid order, you will be refunded your full payment within a maximum of 15 days

Scott Rewards is the loyalty program of www.scotthomdelivery.mu, La Maison Scott and Nespresso which allows you to earn Smiles and redeem them for free products, experiences and discounts. Scott Rewards forms part of Scott Investment Ltd and its subsidiaries.

Earn Smiles when you shop with us on www.scotthomedelivery.mu, La Maison Scott and Nespresso with a registered account. The Smiles will be added automatically to your profile following your purchase.

• Account creation gives you 1,000 Smiles
• For each Rs 1 spent (excluding VAT), earn 1 Smile.
• Completing online activities: like our Facebook page, follow us on Instagram, subscribe to the Newsletter, etc. (see the Earn Smiles section for details)

As long as you keep purchasing with us, your Smiles will not expire. Smiles expire only if there is no purchase in a period of 12 months after the last purchase.
