Nose: impressive palette of herbs, spices (licorice), chocolate and fruit (strawberry).
Palate: full-bodied, fleshy, warm and round. Exceptional density, remarkable length. Depending on the vintage, the wine can be kept for 30 to 60 years, or even 50 to 75 years.
Enjoy with thrush terrine with Armagnac, venison haunch with morel mushrooms, rabbit with olives. Vacherin du Mont d'or.
