This Pure Cane Rum is part distilled in a column still and in a pot still. Each rum is aged separately 4 to 6 years in American oak barrels & French oak barrels in our Cellar. Complex aromas of spices, with a warm and long finish.
PROFILE: Starts with a complex harmony of spices and dried fruits, then notes of vanilla, smooth oak, orange, pepper and clove.
