Created in collaboration with chef Jean Imbert, Unforgettable Espresso is like a train journey through Latin America. An aromatic blend, including Peru and Costa Rica, emboldened by Robusta, toasted cereal and woody notes emerge at first sip. An intense coffee with a cereal flavour reminiscent of toasted bread. A secondary woody note adds depth, while a hint of nutty notes and brown spices provide personality to the blend.
Origin
This coffee is created with Latin American coffees, mainly from Peru and Costa Rica. We add intensity to blend by using a touch of high-grade Robusta.
Roasting
This coffee uses the split roast technique to create intensity and complexity. The first split is composed exclusively of Arabicas and is lighter, while the second one is a mix of arabicas and robustas and is roasted darker to develop body and roastiness. It is slightly darker than its Vertuo counterpart.
