This deep garnet red wine offers bold aromas of ripe red fruits like blackcurrant and raspberry, with hints of liquorice. Full-bodied and robust, it finishes with smooth notes of vanilla and jam. Depending on the vintage, it can age from 30 to 75 years. Despite its depth, it retains a refreshing brightness. Made from Syrah vines over 60 years old, hand-harvested, and aged in oak barrels for 14 to 18 months, it's ideal for pairing with meats, poultry, pork, and cheeses. This wine strikes a perfect balance between richness, freshness, and complexity.
