After 6 years of maturation in our Cellar, the Chamarel XO was double matured in ex Moscatel Cask for another 12 months. Moscatel grapes are very limited in the sherry region. Fermentation is stopped by fortification really soon which guarantees a naturally sweet wine.
It is characterized by a lot of floral aromas (orange blossom, jasmine...) and a specific fruitiness, with a honeyed and raisiny palate.
The combination guarantees a delicious taste and delivers an extraordinary round and mellow finish.
